    He was fucking brilliant-he took no prisoners, and showed ao mercy! At first, I thought maybe he had told the Stars so they'd know what to expect, but they really didn't see it coming

    and did you notice how they never panned the crowd on the tom cruise gag,i bet you no one wanted to be seen to laugh at that gag,it colud ruin your career ,hes a powerful bloke in hollywood

    I have to say, I agree with whichever celeb asked "remember when Ricky Gervais was fat and funny"

    He's so up his own arse, it's like the way Ben Elton became when he thought all he had to do was open his mouth to get a laugh...

    the reaction reminded me of bob and vic gag in their tv programme ,when vic tells a crap joke ,followed by silence ..broken only by the sound of a distant bell and tumbleweed blowing across the studio ..lol
