As Scotus said when we take risks we get a nice shot of adrenalin. Adrenalin prepares the body for "fight or flight" it also blocks pain so feels good. After the risk is over we get endorphins which is a feel good drug. All of this makes us feel alive and thats what adrenalin junkies crave. Just have to weight for drlove to confirm.

I remember an interview I saw with a director of (very) soft porn movies, and he was commenting on one scene where a randy housewife is getting a good seeing-to by a guy, while the husband can be seen by them approaching the house. So the intensity ratches up a notch, because the husband is on the way, and they want to finish before he walks in.
Anyway, the reason I mention this is that the director was adamant that scores of people had come to him over the years, claiming that they had found themselves in a similar situation, and that it was the best sex they ever had.
