Honesty - Priceless
I had to visit the dentist yesterday for a check up but unfortunately I needed work done and this resulted in me canceling all my appointments for the rest of the day.
I text my guys explaining my problem and re-arranged their bookings.
One of the re-arranged bookings was from an EI reviewer who I had booked in for 10am this morning. Then at 8am this morning I text to ask if did he still want 10am as my guy for 9am wanted to extend.
The text that came back was PRICELESS he said "Its OK let the other guy extend as I have a dose so it might be best not to see you"
My initial reaction was ffs thats more information than whats required and very brave to admit it BUT then I realised there is a lot of flu going round
I have to admit on re-reading the text and realising what he really meant I did have to laugh but it really did set me up for the day.
