What Precautions Do You Take

No they are not all clean, its like in anything, some are top notch others cut corners, be very very very picky and careful looking for oral, only go to the best escorts. You do not want to go down on someone hoping they did more then use a wet wipe since last punter or maybe used nothing at all. If you are nervous about this then only see escort with wall to wall positives in the high 30's or more reviews. They get all positives for a reason and hygene is one of them. There are no precautions you can take with unprotected oral sex. Unfortunately that is the risk you run, and if you don't want to run it then you should wear a condom. Never have unprotected oral with an escort with a cold sore, cuts or sores around the mouth or severe halitosis.
