James at the moment he is banned and it will probably be tomorrow before a decesion is made regarding reducing or leaving his ban stay.

There no story really. Sam made a decision, as he felt it was right at the time. If the other mods will feel it was not justified, it will be changed that simple. We can see, that you guys are not happy and it has been noted. We are reading it all (this is our job lol).
Even in the short time I have been here, decisions have been changed, so it is not impossible.
May I just remind everybody here, that we are human beings too and therefore inevitably will not always make the best choices, so give it a break pls.....

Are you suggesting that the person that applied the ban does not have the power now to reverse that.

No of course he can reverse it, but if a mods/managers decesion is questioned or he is deemed to have acted unfairly it goes before a committe to ruke as to whether the ban was justified or not

But why do we have to do this? Its crap. You cant just ban someone for stating something that had been allowed before. Protocol and fair play, as it were.

For Christ sake joking and taking the piss are one and the same sometimes. Also, Debest never ever comes back and trolls the forum, he never holds a grudge and he tell the truth. He should be a bloody mod.

I can understand that you guys can not be seen to be controlled by the members and to reverse it now would show a lack of authority. But if this ban is not lifted first thing tomorrow I will continue to argue. It is not fair Doozie and I am surprised that Sam himself isn't answering and is leaving it to you.
