... day 3 my friends and norra ciggie near me gob since monday evening at precisely 21 minutes past the hour of 10pm.

And so far I'm doing fine. Now I have put up 3 stone, and my wife and kids have kicked me outta the house.... but Im doing fine other than that.

Tomorrow is the big challenge.... friday night with the lads...

Might I make a suggestion? A fling a few extra pints in during the evening (you'll find you drink a bit quicker without fags) and go home a little bit earlier. You'll wake up sat morn with an immense sense of accomplishment, i guarantee you
