    Of course you know how it all ended for Gerry?

    He wasn't feeling too good so he went down to his local ER, the usual story waiting ages to be seen, feeling dizzy in that crappy plastic chair, surrounded by drunkards & junkies, thinking of giving up & leaving when finally a nurse came to take his details.

    Gerry told her,
