Add to ignore list

I was just wondering what happens if you add someone to your ignore list? I dont have one at the moment which is why I am asking.

Well everyones isn't ignoring me, well almost everyone except Bilbo and Fiona. Thanks, imagine the paranoia if I had got no replies

You wont receive pm from person you put on ignore, also you wont be able to see what this person is posting.
