like the pic lol, I do for the most part, but my job is still mostly babysitting them, ppl don't seem to be able to work on their own initiative, I've around 50 people to look after and it's not easy, people moan a lot about stupid things as you know yourself

Just had another quit 5 mins ago (not complaining as I'm glad to see him go) but his excuse was "my head is wrecked from working, I prefer to be on the dole"
