I'm probably going to get in trouble for my opinion here, please don't take offence by it and excuse the bad language, here's my thoughts, so here I go;

Everyone seems to have turned into a bunch of fucking moaners and cry babies, who just like to stir shit!

Come on! All that's going on here is people dragging up shit from the past, everyone involved is paranoid and taking offence when offence is not meant, I'm tired of listening to a few people always causing trouble or at least it seems that way, i mean people are taking a lot of posts out of context, taking offence at stupid things, which a normal well adjusted people wouldn't.

I think it stems from different personalities that rubbed each other the wrong way at some stage and just can't get along now, people are getting sucked into arguments over stupid comment that usually have been taken up wrong, because you don't get on with someone or don't like them, it us easy to think they're always having ago when they probably not.

I'm relatively new here, which I think gives me a clearer understanding of what's happening, people just can't see the woods from the trees any more.

I suggested in a thread yesterday that people just forgive and forget, in which people seems to agree, the peace lasted all of five minutes a mod locked a thread for going way of topic and certain people took offence at this and it all started all over again, IMO the thread should have been locked a long time before it was, which was a error on the mods side, which allowed people to have a go for locking it, the mod in question was sucked into the off topic conversation and then was blamed for doing his job, I think this was wrong as was leaving the thread continue off topic.

Can everyone stop acting like children this is an adult website for adults and people should act like adults.

A few of my suggestions on how to stop this from continuing;
1, instead if locking threads when they go off topic, could the off topic post just simply be moved to a new thread in the correct forum where the new topic can continue.

2, people need to take comments in the manner in which they are meant and stop thinking the worst, it is possible to take any comment up the wrong way and start an argument if you so desire

3, mods should maybe moderate more and comment less, a lot of people simply don't like authority figures and are compelled to rebel against them. Could mods not have two profiles one for moderating and another for giving their own particular point of view, this would allow them to voice their own opinion and allow another mod to take over moderating the thread in question, the moderator needs to be impartial or impartial as possible and allowing themselves to be sucked in to arguments leads to people accusing them of abusing their powers

4, people just stop going off topic!!

5, ever hear the saying people in glass house shouldn't throw stones???? That's what's happening here! Just stop throwing stones and thing will improve.

6, good threads turn bad very fast when taken off topic, just stop if you have a new topic just start a new thread and if posters won't start a new thread mods need to, where at the moment mods lock threads or delete posts

7, try and keep negativity or negative comments to a minimum, often all it takes is one negative comment and the thread turns nasty and is off topic immediately and usually stays off topic

8, be more understanding of others point of view and opinions, opinions are like arseholes everyone has one, but not everyone should take offence at others opinions as opinions are just that opinions!

9, this should be a happy place, a place about sex, glorious sex! Yet people are so bitter to each other, people just need to look at the bright side of things instead of the dark side.

10, moderators have a job to do - moderate and we can't complain every time they do their job.

simply - be happy!!!!!

Fuck it maybe I'm wrong??? And we should just continue being at each others throats and ruin the boards for everyone…
