Thread: a surprising thing?

  1. Default a surprising thing?

with wayne rooney, avram grant, peter crouch and max moseley all having a shared interest publicised in the media in recent items - i overheard a number of female work colleagues all discussing that penchant.

the sisterhood were unanimous that it was far worse for a man to visit one of those escorts (not the word they used) than it was for him to have an adulterous affair.

    this astonished me.

do i know nothing about women?

And can anyone explain the rationale?

    thanx

just making it up as they go along. the contrary seems to be the general concensus.
groups of women would see and comment on the girls on this site.
escorts would be a more visible/likely threat nowadays, and this is what your colleagues could have
    been responding to.

I think the answer is straightforward. Many women have extramarital affairs but only a tiny proportion would consider using a male escort. By applying their logic to men, we are all dirt birds.
It's only wrong if you get caught!!

Well, you probably know about as much as the rest of us about the female mind and as for trying to explain the rationale maybe one of the ladies would help us.

If I had to hazard a guess I would add the following: I overheard a conversation recently between a few girls (all in their 20's and from Dublin) and they were talking about escorts and they were pontificating as to how no women would voluntarily become an escort. Take from that what you like....

But if you put that with your conversation then it would seem possible that women are convinced that all escorts are victims and that we are only taking advantage of their situation. Whereas a man involved in an adulterous affair could not draw the same accusation.

In general, the media only ever portray one side of this business, and as a result society in general ( not just women ) view it that the women are victims controlled by pimps etc.

You never or very rarely, if ever see the media talking about the women who voluntarily choose to do this because they want to.

I remember reading recently something Sexy Cindy wrote, how doing this has allowed her to look after her family, put her kids through private education etc.
Thank you all the ladies I had pleasure of meeting. Forever grateful for the memories

The best thing to do is never try and understand them, just accept it, women are superior!
