I'm self employed, have over 20 staff and recently were recruiting 3 more everyone working here takes home a minimum of €500 into their pockets after tax and yet we couldn't fill the vacancies had 100's of applicants but all said they were better off on social welfare!! A month on still have the vacancies, ppl just don't want to work anymore or should I say there's no encentive for them to work
