Default Escorting business not the only one having to deal with fake reviews...

According to the Daily Mail (yeah, yeah, I know...) fake reviews are becoming a problem in industries other than escorting.

I think E-I has been a flagship website in creating methods to dissuade the tons of fake reviews that are coming in. Even though fake reviews might still be possible, it's at least hard to produce them on this site. I think admin discretion, common sense and a willingness to constantly adapt to the cat and mouse games of the fake reviewers play an important part in the relative success of E-I's review system.

That's correct. There was also a scandal recently about hotel management in a certain hotel sending emails to their staff to write up fake reviews for their hotels, pretending that they had stayed there as guests and to post them on these hotel review sites. The emails also informed staff not to use any of the hotel's computers for this as the review sites would be able to trace the IP addresses back to the hotel.
