I have to agree with you here magicalman. It may work for some people but it didnt for me.
May give the inhalor a go as Id say psychologicaly its the hand to mouth action I could be missing.

And just before anyone says why dont you stick a tit or a pussy in your mouth instead I would like to add that the garai take a very dim view of that while driving

Yes a great benefit of the inhalator is that it can be used anywhere so very best of luck with it.
