patches, patches and more patches. I am nearly 3 years off them now (having been off them twice for over a year) this time I stayed with the patches for about 6 months and gradually reduced the patch strength until I could go it alone. Hopefully I'm in the clear now!!

I tried the patches and teh gum and tehy didnt work
They at teh time cost more than teh fags and left me feeling sick

So for my finances and my health I decided to carry on smoking
