That wouldn't be fair on the ladies that are organised and set up their profile before they arrive into this country so as to maximise their exposure before they arrive as in coming soon and while they are here available to work.

Not really. The profile is anyhow only going life, when the lady is in the country, so the verification picture would not be needed beforehand.

No, it can go live several days beforehand and appears in the coming soon section within the county she is first arriving in, what wouldn't be fair is for genuine escorts and I don't think the lady in question is if her champion is anything to go by, having her profile marked as not verified when she is willing to abide by site rules and send a verification photo. One could simple send a picture with a card saying E-I and possibly a random word ad staff ask her to include which would be just as effective as a newspaper..

The alternative would be to have the photos unverified until she arrives in the country and then take the verification pic as suggested by Michi72 and submit it.

But my point is it would be unfair on ladies willing to abide by site rules having their pictures marked unverified even for a short while when they are willing to cooperate where others aren't..

This is the most mind boggling confusing thread I'm yet to read on EI! I got through a whole bag of Haribos reading it.
I was always under the immpression that anyone can advertise and wouldn't need to send a face pic in. However they would be unveriefied. If you wanted to be veriefied you had to send a face pic holding up paper saying EI, the date etc and send your advert photos showing your face?!
I understand the idea of not wanting ad staff to have your face etc but if you want verification those are the rules!?
