Ladies, how do you think clients feel when you stand them up?

I do that James, but it doesn't always help.

Let's say I get a call @ 5 pm for a booking @ 6 pm from Guy1.
We arrange everything and then Guy2 is calling at 5:15 pm, also asking for an appointment @ 6 pm.

Most times, Guy2 doesn't want to wait. He wants 6 p.m. or nothing at all.
I can text Guy1 to see if he is coming only if 6 p.m. is approaching and there is no sign of him yet. But Guy2 is long gone by then and you don't ever get Guy3 to ring.

It all depends on whether or not you put the respect that have for your clients above your desire to maximise income.

If you do, it is simple, Guy1 has the booking and gets priority.

If you do not, it is still simple. You tell Guy2 to come at ten past six. Then at ten before six, you contact Guy1 to see how he is doing. If he says that he is just looking for a parking spot, then you can text Guy2 and cancel. It's not great for Guy2 but it is a lot better than hanging about on a cold street corner phoning phoning phoning.

SS, the mods are allowed have personal opinions on things. They don't need to distinguish between those and other posts. Dunno bout you but i can easily tell the difference between personal opinion and E-I policy.

Mods were posters before they became mods. I think anyone that has seen us post over the years would know the difference between ei policy and a personal opinion. I don't see a reason why mods shouldn't have their own opinion.

Of course the mods are entitled to their own opinions.

They are entitled to post them as well.

Having said that, if a mod makes a posting from a mod account endorsing a certain escorting business practice without any note that this is a personal opinion, it starts to look an awful lot like a comment from authority.

None of the mods use another username for posting they just use the one they always had. I think most people would tell the difference between a personal opinion and ei. Anyhow I don't think ei wou;ld have any stance on any escorting practice. It's the escorts own business how they do things.

Well, the way I run my business is much simpler then this.

I get the booking from Guy1 and I tell Guy2 later "sorry but I'm busy, is there any other time you can do it?" I am waiting for Guy1 to show up. If he does, excellent. If he doesn't, I put it down to experience. I am very rarely checking by text is someone is still coming, as I do take it that serious guys would come without that reminder and unserious guys would not come anyway.

Long and bloody pointless. Looking at your reviews, Sharkskin, you seem to like younger and newer ladies of many nationalities. In Dublin, one of the timewaster central locations. In this climate most will take business on a first come first served in the majority, and complaining here, to ladies that do run their business online, in also a little pointless. We can jump up and defend whatever but your point will remain the same, as will the outcome.

If you are going to book at short notice you possibly need to change your choices. Go for well reviewed ladies who use email and PM. Or actually start preparing for disappointment. If you find a reliable lady, return to her where possible. Ladies will run their business however they see fit, you must observe the fit and make your choice accordingly.

Now that seems a little odd to me. You seem to be saying that there is not much business around so escorts will double book. But if there really is so little business around, where do escorts get the opportunity to double book?
