Yeah good question. I've been knocking around here for over 4 years and I've still got only one poxy green bar. I'l on a distinguished path too .... still. Crap !

yes thats to do with the amount of bars you have
the more people that thank you on your posts the more bars/reps you get

for every 100 points you get a bar

Fair enough, I've had a handfull of thank yous for which I'm grateful, but I can't think of how to elicit anymore thank you's.
