How much is too much ?

I've noticed lately I've been visiting ladys more and more frequently of late.

I used to see someone, maybe twice a month.
This month I've spent a grand total of 11 hours on seven seperate ocassions.

Should I be worried ?

Without knowing more about your situation it's hard to know if you should be worried. It depends on why you're doing it and whether you can afford it. The most reliable way to find out whether it's an addiction is to stop for a while and see what happens.

Cash wise its not a concern, but I like the idea of taking a break.

i wouldnt spend 11 hours with escorts in the entire year , seven half hour visits this year , IMO , you have a serious addiction but you obviously quite well off
