It's a pity no professionals actively involved with Breathplay responded to the above.

Here's a couple of quotes from the article for anyone who is interested but doesn't wanna read the whole thing.....

The main thing he worries about is cardiac arrest.....that is a heart attack rather then suffocation.

Thus the recipient is dead and their partner, if any, is in a very perilous legal situation."
