With the inside lane empty, and an idiot doing 80 in the outside lane.

I wouldnt say just on a motorway
I think a lot of people dont know how to drive full stop
especaily at roundabouts

It would make sense to place indicators on the road, cause some people just aren't used to the roundabout system.
