    Default Barcelona in the money

Barcelona have signed a new shirt deal worth 165 million euro for 51/2 yrs (30 mill a year)
the richest deal in history of the sport. Big bucks will make it even harder for others to
    catch up to them
    Blatant promotion should be outlawed

They should stick to their youth system. It's the reason they're so successful. Although this will make it near impossible for anyone to get their top players.

Tis sad to see Barcelona finally giving in and cashing in on shirt sponsorship, t'was one thing i've always admired about the club. Apparently they've been having a couple of financial problems. Added to that there's apparently going to be an overhaul in the Spanish La Liga of how tv revenues are distributed as up til now Barca and Real have been enjoying the lion's share so the rest of the spanish clubs are lookin to change it which'd seriously impair the top 2 clubs' revenues. It's long overdue though, La Liga has turned into a fancy version of the Scottish SPL in recent years, tis a bit of a joke really.

Given Pep's ability in the transfer market this could be the beginning of the end. Ibrahamavic and Mascherano have been expensive disasters. I would like to see them without Messi and how far they would get.

They would def be better off sticking to the youth system.
