Ladies can already give clients references but it is little used. All they have to do is go to the posters profile page, click on the reference tab and click on leave a reference. They should only do this if they have actually met the poster and not just because they get on with them on the boards.
Likewise a poster can leave a reference for an escort on her board profile and other posters but again only if they have actually met them..

I may not do that. I can't give the clients user id as I know may of them prefer to be discreet because I'm a TS. I understand that perfectly. Unless they really want me to.

Well if they did give you their user ID you can give them a reference and only they can see who gave it to them, everyone else can just see they got 1 reference but who gave it to them is hidden..
