The problem occurs when a 30 min appointment is booked and the client expects the meeting to last 45 or 60 mins.

One of the reasons I choose a 30 minute appointment is when I am visiting an escort for the first time - if the appointment is a enjoyable one I usually then go for a longer appointment next time.
