Let's have a reality check on the profile in question.
I believe that the site on which that profile can be seen does not charge for basic ad placements so a lot of the profiles there are not for real.
The profile has no reviews.
The site notes that the profile is being operated from a UK ip address despite advertising services in Ireland.
The profile offers other services: phone sex, SMS sex and web-cam sessions for money.
At best, the escorting side of the profile is a come-on to get punters to sign up for the other services. It may well be a complete fiction.
It is worth noting that every advertiser on Escort-Ireland has paid out a wedge of cash to place the ad. Those profiles are pretty well all backed up by a paying advertiser who is actually willing to have some form of sex with you in exchange for money.
Good point sharkskin never thought of it as being a lure for phone sex or web cams.
