After having crashed out last night on a particularly slippery rooted section of a local mountain bike trail, I have been diagnosed with two broken ribs by the Xray doctery person.
Now I have decided to ask my peers for advise in the form of a poll.

You think you have it bad. I broke 3 fingers and dislocated the shoulder a few weeks back. All on the right hand side. I couldn't even have a decent wank..... I say go and seek some medical attention from the lovely ladies on EI.
