I think the N/A reviews can be used just the same as a fake malicious review and very few get ratted but I do agree they are important.

As an escort I detest the N/A review, I detested before I ever got one, the one I received was due to having two clients both call book for 2pm with the same last 4 digits of their phone number being identical! I generally write these down to keep track of appointments. Well, as you can imagine when my 2pm showed and then my 2 pm called from the appointed meeting place how upset I was. I apologized to the client as due to no fault on his part he was left standing at the meeting point, and after the meeting with 2pm no.1 I went back and researched what had happened. So, I had doubled booked completely by mistake thinking I was meeting one client when it was in fact 2. I have amended my system to prevent this from happening anymore, but that didn't stop the upset client from posting a N/A. It is just the cultural climate we live in now. Especially after the debacle of the current economic situation we find ourselves in, there is a cultural need for accountability from where and whatever quarter it can be gained; even if it is on the back of an escort who sleeps late.
