I have never been a big fan of Tats or (Tramp Stamps as low brow people would call them ) But a couple of the Ladies I have met in the last six months have them, which are very dainty and tasteful. Emmasweets comes to mind..hmmmmmm(sorry drifted of there )

I have one on my forearm so i dont mind them as such but i think a person can overdo it with them. Depends on the tats and the person i guess. As for the low back on women makes on diff to me one way or the other.
