Actually if you have a comedy profile, it should only be used for posting in the soap opera area, Unfortunately most dont use it like this and this is why we end up banning 2nd profiles, as people use them for other, underhand reasons.

What if for instance an escort created a dup id of lets say just a normal poster ,then created a post in the client request section asking could someone recommend them a specific type of escort etc then an established member on these forums who is really good buddies with that escort responds to the thread recommending the escort who created the thread in the first place including a link as in the escort and the established member would both know before hand what they are doing....what is the policy then?

Then why has anon2010 profile been allowed to remain along with his thread when it was clearly not setup as a comedy profile?

I really does depend on the situation. Generally there would be a warning not to do this again, but repeated profiles, could lead to temp or perm bans.
