I dont think age has anything to do with things. If you use your memory youll keep it just like your physical well being. The saying "if you dont use it you will loose it" has a lot of merit to it.

I am at the age where I have to make lists to keep a note of the lists I was making when I lost my list.

Sadly this is true. The last time I went away with Violette her luggage arrived via Parcelforce two days before she did. Jeezum. Two days before I go anywhere I have yet to get my bag out, let alone pack it.
