How can agencies survive nowadays?

I am wondering how can escort agencies survive and even expand in Ireland this time?
Nowadays, when demand and prices are falling down. The number of girls offering their services on E-I raised up by 30% compare to one year ago.
But escort agencies did not drop their prices and the number of agencies doubled also.

I used to rent a private flat for independent ladies in the last few years. I could see the changes since the recession. I invited one of the most beautiful ladies had been in this site ever who had genuine photos and provided good service. I was a witness of their good and hard days. There are big changes on the scenery since last September, everybody knows that!
In this year escorts, who had 8-10 customers a day 2 years ago, sometimes could do only 1-2 customers a day. The girls half hour price was 100 Euros and half of the enquiring clients requested discounts!

Also it is understood, that most of customer do not like agencies and prefer to visit escorts with genuine photos. You barely get any discount at an agency!
Customers can not trust their adverts as in a genuine escort's advert, agencies rarely advertise with verified photos therefore they generally must have less customers than an independent escort.
Agencies usually operate on higher budget, than an an independent escort or private flat run by someone. They has to pay for the rent if they renting the venue, advertisements, receptionist, bills, household and other costs. At agencies they share the income as 60-40% or 50-50% between agency and escort. Taking all this costs in account, agencies must get 200 Euros daily from each escort. An escort has to have 3-4 clients every day to be able to pay this amount. Based on my 3 years experience, information heard form other independents escorts, an average number of clients is 4 daily.

How can so many agencies survive than?

Are there some many female who works as an escort occasionally and use the services of agencies?

Or

Does one agency use multiple names for increasing advertising? They could, but than they have doubled advertising cost which more expensive than it worth. There is not much point to multiple advertising unless you if you get very good quote from the advertising company. Why would they get a very good quote?
It is known, that about 5-6 years ago there were a few agencies advertising as many different agencies, like you could find the same mobile number on the website of different agencies.
Most of the agencies are 1-2 years or less old, but there is one agency who advertise the photos of same girls for 4 years!!!

I don't think any of our lovely independent ladys on here would even entertain the thought of seeing the type of guy that usually frequent agencies.
I know a few and only a mother could love em !!
So I suppose there is a certain market there for them.

Actually i mainly went to an agency and my mother adored me enough to keep me.

Most agency girls are available 24 hours. That doesn't mean that they are 24 hours awake, but means they will have to wake up late at night, midnight and early mornings to see a client.
As well most agencys have walk in clients or those who just ring the door bell any time of the day. I think most agency clients are late night guys as well people comming drunk from the pub or a party deciding to have a punt.
Most independents won't see these type of clients and won't see guys late at night either. This mostly because of safety reasons and agencys most of the time has security guys around with their girls.

what tripe, personally i have nothing against agencies (provided they are run correctly), when living in London I pretty much always used agency escorts as a lot of the places over there were decent and not run by fucking idiots and scam artists. The problem with the Irish agencies i have tried was that they were more interested in getting a quick buck and couldn't get their head out of their arses long enough to understand that if they provided a decent honest service then punters might start using them.

TBH if an escort wants to work with an agency then that is her prerogative and I have no qualms about meeting them, the only problem is that they are usually advertised as famous pornstars etc. and the fact that no reviews are allowed and no one ever seems to have valid photos EVER!!!

In lots of European countries like England, Spain, Holland, France etc etc there are decent agencies and also brothels. I did work for both agencies and brothels at the start of my escort carreer and they where all decent, clean, respectfull, hasslefree. Nothing wrong with them. But what I see and heard is that here in Ireland most agencies are offering a very bad service and the places most of the time are filthy and the girls badly treated. Even you have the fact that agencies here in Ireland threatening other girls and trying to run them out of town. I have work in other foreign countries in Europe and overseas and never ever had this problem or heard about agencies and pimps running other girls out of town. It is sad that in ireland we have to deal with such middle age practice.
