I have loads of single woman friends and sex never gets in the way , suppose it shouldnt when you pay for it.
Seriously though i dont think platonic relationships can exist and both parties would just be kidding themselves

I have always maintained that if one party fanies the other they can never be true friends.

I genuinely believe they can.
Sometimes you just connect with someone at some level, a shared interest or whatever, and just know somehow that you will remain friends but not become more.
I am curious as to why you mentioned a single woman - maybe because sub-consiously, or otherwise, you just know that anything else is out of bounds?
Of course, it may grow into something else over time, but equally it may not

I have a few women friends some single some not and its not really a problem but rarely do we meet socially alone and if it is its just a coffee. The odd time if im feeling really horny I imagine that I might suggest taking it a bit futher but usually I chicken out and call one of the escorts instead. Any other time we meet its with company and cool.
There's a very old girlfriend I meet occaisionally and we still sleep together but this is getting difficult as we both have our own lives.
