I have one basic question in relation to this review: why was it not 'activated' by one of the mods? Apart from that is by someone who joined a week before posting a review which looks pretty dubious to me and yet this is not mentioned. Why is it sometimes mentioned at the end of the review that so and so is a 'genuine first time reviewer' and on this occasion there is nothing?

I was particularly interested cause I thought the girl looks nice but a review like this would almost make me suspicious.

Or am I missing something?
