    to wrap yourself in a sleeping bag cooconed warm and safe free from disaproving frowns free from selfish expectations,dont look to me to cradle your sad unfulfilled dreams, let me be tired let me leave,as i drink to make my journey ,tread carefully for you may tread on my dreams

    I don't like people drawing attention to themselves by writing these things, alluding to possibly suicide, while other people are close to it.
    Is this the land where sun brightly shines, is this the existence of a heaven's sign?
    Is this the locus the hallowed focus, where grace love and harmony combine?

    Unfortunately there is no coming back from it. For those feeling down there is alot of help out there now. Talk to friends, relatives, ppl will find them very compassionate and understanding. In serious situations ppl can ring The Samaritans.

    Its certainly a solution but its a bit permanent and as you say you cant undo it. I always believed no matter how bad something is there is always a way around it with patience and self belief.
