I am not an agency fan but there are advantages.

I was in Dublin this week and I called 8 girls listed on this site repeatedly over a 1.5 hour period. There was no answer to about 95% of my calls and the ones which were answered weren't free for a while. In the end I got so fed up I called an agency and I had a beautiful girl at my door inside 30 minutes.
