    Hi, this is a long shot, but is there any escort who can do deep tissue sports injury massage, hurt my shoulder in the gym few weeks ago, the muscle needs to be pushed back in, I could go to physio but where is the fun in that

    I am not trying to be funny here but the escort could end up doing more damage to the injury if you don't see a doctor that is qualified to fix this...just a thought....

    I would be of the same opinion as AML here. Unless an escort doesn't tell you she is fully qualified and experienced to do such massages, don't go to an escort for this, go to a trained therapist.

    its more of a wear and tear thing, i train quite heavy for low reps when bulking, its like a pump feeling that wont go away if u know what i mean? its not that serious to be honest, it just needs a good rubbing

    ya its an inflamed feeling, but the worst thing is im gona go in today and try to go heavier, ego gets in the way lol

    Most of these shoulder probs are caused by tight pecs. Get someone to work or your pecs or use a tennis ball between the wall and the pec.

    mine seems to be pulling from my lat area, not really that bad , just annoying more than anything, i should take few weeks off but , no pain no gain, my mind is my bodies worst nightmare lol
