    Is not multiculturalism fantastic?

The "governments" failure to deal with the sham marriage issue is unbelievable.
this should have been stopped years ago.
I understand they are being shamed into action by other governments and EU

What has multiculturalism got to do with sham wedding? I think this lazy slipshod linking of two topics is indicative of somebody with xenophobic attitudes (please say it's not so). NOBODY supports sham marriages but the Irish believed big time in multiculturalism when they went to live and work in the four corners of the globe. How many "undocumented" live in America alone. It constantly amazes me when we the Irish complain about "Bloody Foreigners" coming here but when we do it and break the rules in another country we come up with terms like "The Undocumented".
I listen to the same bullshit in the pubs by morons giving out about foreigners:
Mick: "Yeah those foreigners are a bad lot, coming over here stealing jobs or taking all the money out of the country with the dole and children's allowance they are scamming!
Pat: Desperate all right! How it young Mick getting on in Australia?
Mick: He went there two years ago on a years Visa and is making a fortune! You hungry?
Pat: Starving after them pints! Fancy an Indian!

Some people in this country make me want to puke!

Well said, and good to see someone pointing out the terrible double-standard that too-often comes along with migration; it's total hipocracy to scream about what's happening here when it's simultaneously supposed to be 'ok' when someone we know is doing the same thing somewhere else, just giving it a more neutral-sounding label doesn't make it right.

Not a personal attack on Dublin Laddie. I am sure he only visits Irish escorts as multiculturalism is such an abhorrent idea
