It's not paranoia. I know that it is unlikely that anything would happen but I see it like this:

This is not my country. I am here because of a law that says that, if I can get a job here, and if I comply with the laws of this land, I can live and work here. I will stick to my side of that bargain as a matter of personal honour. I can accept that I am weird but my position is that I really do not want to break any laws whether or not I will be caught.

Fair enough, but as I said, you aren't breaking any laws. You can't be charged with anything until
    - you have been asked by a Garda to move on,
    - you haven't done so, and
    - you haven't given reasonable cause.
All of that is assuming the act applies, which it doesn't, since you are there neither to solicit nor to importune. You've already solicited and importuned by telephone, or will do so later in private. Section 8 is about kerb crawling, not waiting for appointments.

“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

Whether or not I am likely to get away with it, I do not want to commit a crime. Some folks don't care about that and I respect their position but mine is also one that should be respected and an escort who expects me to hang about waiting is not showing that respect.
Please re read El Gordos post on the matter. You have taken the law far too literally. There has never been a prosecution for loitering under the circumstances described. Kerb crawling is a different matter.

It's not my Country anymore either, but get real!

    Default Multi Reviews Same Day

I am currently pondering doing the same.

In general, I have tended not to post N/A reviews when an escort fails to keep an appointment.

Looking at my little black book, in the last five weeks, I have perpetrated 16 attempts to commit a punt. (Er - perhaps I should stay in more.)

Exactly 50% died at the point when I turned up at the prearranged time and location and was told that I would have to wait. All were short notice bookings - one or two hours ahead of time.

    I do not wait.

Should I go ahead and post N/A reviews for every escort who expected me to loiter for the purpose of prostitution (that's a crime by the way) while she got ready?
I'm guilty of submitting several on the same day. I type the review up, but only get to send later. Always trying to find a private time to send them. When I have time, I prefer punting instead of sitting in front of a computer.
I also don't bother with N/A reviews, as you have to accept that these Ladies get messed around quite often with no shows. So if they double book and your 2nd, well just get there faster. Communication is with the sender! You can always ring around for another Escort. Better to find a regular or three, and stick with them. Then this issue will be resolved.

    ?
It is for this reason that I registered back in March this year so that I could leave reviews, After 2 no shows in a row. In general I don't like leaving Negative or N/A reviews. However in the case of a no show that is one reason why I would leave one, but I will always give the escort a chance to explain and apologise first. Genuinely things can happen sometimes at the last minute both for the escort and the client , and if I believe it is a genuine case then I won't submit a negative review.

Luckily since registering, better choice and more experience on my side I have managed to avoid the no shows.
Thank you all the ladies I had pleasure of meeting. Forever grateful for the memories
