Well, here are some example conversations with names and times changed:

I also know that, according to the letter of the law, I am still loitering in a public place for the purpose of prostitution.

If you are arriving, making the call and being told to wait 5 or 10mins I don't think that is unreasonable from the escorts point of view so no, I wouldn't write a review, I would put you down as her time waster for being unreasonable.

Just reading that, it seems entirely reasonable but then I view it through the window of my experiences.

On the few occasions that I have accepted an invitation to wait for a short time, that short time has lengthened into half an hour or more and I have split anyway.

Continuing to loiter after being told to move on might be, depending on how you read Section 8 of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act, 1993.
