Well Said EG, I think in all honesty the biggest issue we face as men and women now, is accepting that it is OK to be different. Women are women and men are men.

Are we? At the end of the day whats different when it comes to dealing with each other? Women have men by the daddy bags in that they can use their sexuality as a weapon against a man ,like the great equaliser. Beyond that is their really that much of a difference as far as what we perceive in a partner? I say partner because anything else ,bar a persons kids or parents if you get along with them ,dont mean half as much.

So when it comes to partners , are men and women that different? What a woman would like in a partner , a man would like to. Someone they can get along with, have fun with , talk with, live with etc.

I can see your point to some extent, but you are focusing on just one particular demographic here. I've know men that control their wives/girlfriends so they don't always use sexuality as a weapon. It does happen the other way round too, it's just not as prominent.

True. I think men are far more scared of the woman leaving them then the man leaving the woman and i think women knows this too which is probably why they can use sex as a weapon. Women seem to be far more sociable. A single woman in her forties would do alot better than a single man in his forties. She wouldnt be as troubled about things mentally. At least from what i have seen this seems to be the case.
