I heard a few utd fans saying he won't be missed as he only had 1 decent season since he joined...fans can be very fickle...

I think you are all forgetting that behind evey sucessful man is a S T R O N G woman and in light of Shrek's extra Marital romps, I would not be at all surprised if it's her that has him held to ransom....maybe she thinks that its the only way to get away from the wanna be wags who will do anyting to bed a footballer, and the paps who are there to catch him out again......after all, if you look at Becks, thats exactly what he did after being caught with his Calvins down!

I doubt thats the reason as wherever he will go the same problem will occour..apparently he rejected the contract they offerd him pre-world cup so well before the the stories came out.....

I think he will leave, and he will be sold for a record price, as for the team he goes to I dont really care, but I think he will be unbelieveably crap... There is something going on in the background that the public are not seeing, like the glazers are business men and Alex Ferguson is no fool either.
