    Default Definition of Escort

Ok we all hear this word bandied about, but what does it mean to us? Escort or punter, tell us what this word means to you.

To me escort means: A paid companion who interacts with you for a specified period of time with benefits.

Your description of an escort is my interpretation also.
I don't like the word 'punter'. I consider myself a client hiring a service, like in any other professional arena.

The phrase 'bandied about' means to exchange certain words back & forth.
Punter & Escort, Client & Companion etc

"Escort" is the word I use for lack of a better one. It's a euphemism, and I don't like euphemisms, but all the other words we could use come with lots of societal baggage.

“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

An escort is someone who charges for her time and companionship only. Anything else that occurs is a matter of coincidence and choice between consenting adults.

I'm not sure about the word "coincidence", but the rest of it sounds okay.

Escort to me falls into the same category as Cortina , Fiesta , Sierra etc.....Lol
Punter , I hate that fecking words. Such a dirty word but you have to use as its a word everyone is familiar with.

On a serious note i prefer to use the term Lady.

I also prefer the term Client or gent.

I book ladies not escorts as this is how i think they should behave. Like a lady.

To me escorts provide a sexual service to punters.

I prefer it when the lady entertains the client and the lady charges for her time and companionship only.

Now is this one of those Fuck moments.

To me an escort is part confidante, part friend and part paid companion. On a different day with a different client it could mean simply paid companion.

But El Gordo is right, we are defining a euphemism.
