Hi,

As far as I know she got an infraction for something, PMs were exchanged between her and a manager and she asked to be banned.

So the reason she is banned is that she asked to be.

I am personally very sorry to see her gone. We didn't always agree, I'm not sure she liked me much, and sometimes I didn't like her much back, but she was a strong woman, intelligent, unique, a great writer and always spoke her mind.

I just lifted her ban as a last ditch attempt to encourage her to come back. Of course I will re-ban if that is truly what she wants.

I think even when you are banned you can login, which counts as an 'activity' even though all you are seeing is "you are banned" type messages.
