I will say one thing. Reporters shouldnt be allowed do this. This guy pleaded guilty and will be sentenced in Jan. It must be very very annoying walking down the road and getting followed by a reporter. It shouldnt be allowed and heres why. Could what this reporter did have any bearing on the sentence now? Of course a person is going to get pissed off being followed around and we dont know what the reporters say either or we cant see their manner. They could easily say things and behave in such a way that it provokes someone. Remember all you get in the newspapers is what was said TO the reporter. The reporter wont come along and say i followed after the person and annoyed them to the point where they got pissed off.

All someone need do is flip the pages of the paper over a few times and youll come to ad after ad after ad of phone sex lines to see the hypocrisy of newspapers. Lets not forget the infamous page three of sunday newspapers being sold at church entrances. That says it all really.
