To answer your q. Here is what i plan on doing up to 12 or so tommorow.Sat night......obviously looking on EI web site

What are YOU up to?
In a sec watching Enemy of the State. (if anyone hasnt seen this movie i highly reccomend that you do TG4 at 9-15.
When thats over, i will get the dog out the back for about 15 mins.
Then i will be stretching for about ten mins. (the dog probably jumping on me)
Then i will jump into bed and read or if im tired i just go to sleep.
Up at 7.00 am and grab a banana,
Out with the dog.
Come back at about 9-00 and have breakfast and feed the dog and cats.
Meditate for 1 hour (this has kept me alive and others around me too)
Train for about half hour at home.
Then i will cook three days of food.
While thats cooking i will do Qigoing here at home.
Lots more throughout the day including logging on here and annoying you all.

Oh i always try and get a nap of about half hour to an hour after dinner on Sunday.

Instead of the dog, why don't you try to interact with another human being? Perhaps a nice-looking young woman?
Because the dog doesn't answer back smartly when asked to make the coffee...doesn't moan about you watching too much footie or when you go out with the lads...
I never appreciated anything that came too easy furry. Plenty of them around.
