Do times and dates really have to appear on reviews???

I mean, there's been a bit of chat about this before, about the need to put accurate dates and times on reviews.......

Yes, I know they are there so that the reviews may be verified if required, but some people don't want to put exact times and dates on reviews for privacy reasons etc..........

So do we all need to see them???

Could they not just be visable to the reviewer, the reviewed and the mods???

Or put it on the innitial submision and then when activated by the mod, and verified if required, the times could be deleted..........

This would surely do away with some people's desire not to put up accurate information because of privacy reasons.........

I know some people have in the past spotted possible fake reviewes based on the time and date of the alleged appointment, but apart from that, I don't really see the need to have the time and date on the review. It doesn't really give any information of value in regards the escort or service does it???

Just an idea. I'm sure there's something I haven't thought of here...........

I’m sorry Luther but I don’t think there’s anyway of changing this we need them to sort out a lot of the times if there’s a negative review or a review where the escort says that client didn’t see them. If the client doesn’t want putting down the exact time and date for privacy reasons then I suggest he thinks twice about submitting the review in the first place, we need them mate.

Cheers John. I guess I was just looking for peoples opinions on it too. Perhaps it's a complete non runner but since I don't think it's relevant information to a review, from a readers point of view, and the whole accuracy of time and dates seems to be a problem for some people, I was just wondering if it really needs to appear there at all.......

The obvious difficulty with this argument is that if she's bloody-minded enough an escort can deny seeing a client to irrespective of the time and date provided if she doesn't like a review. Not saying this would happen much but if it did what good would the time and date be in reality in a business that thrives on annonymity and discretion? Provision of date and time doesn't in itself actually prove anything or add significant weight to a client's view I would suggest. Arguably it adds the tiniest sliver of credibility to a review but that's about all. I personally don't have a difficulty with time and date but I find it hard to see why they are needed.

I actually totally agree with Luther on this point as far as the time and date goes . Firstly because i am the most paranoid punter that any one has ever met and i hate any personal info being disclosed to any one especially my actions . Considering ,for obvious reasons this site has all our ip address garnished and hence our locations. All it takes is a change in Law and siochalany will have us all with our nuts in a vice (pardon the pun). Whilst i agree that if the review is a negative and its needs a rebuttal from the escort then fair enough but if the review is positive it doesnt matter jacksy. Very few escorts will question a positive review. As for Samlad's point of it helping with fake reviews coinciding with genuine reviewers timing , i totally disagree because despite all the badges and whatever, how do you say who is genuine or not . I know of 3 cases in the last month of so called geniune reviews giving reviews to help ladies out (again a joke). So as a punter who doesnt write reviews anymore or nor will i because i still believe that the anonymity should side with the punter , i know there are escorts and clients out there that will disagree with me but im only offering my opinion

You may know of some punters doing this
But in fairness it is the minority who do this
You could get more fakes reviews slipping through the net if correct dates arent issued.

However I suggest that a fake date could be given as long as the true date is passed onto the reveiw team/Managers when review is posted. But again if a review has to be rechecked and reviewer cant rememeber the because of the edited date we could have a genuine review ratted

Ok so for argument sake, I submit a review tomorrow with the exact time and date and another punter see me leaving as he is arriving . Then he comes home an checks reviews of the escort and sees mine .Bingo he might have recognised me and reconcile my user name with my face. All Luther was suggesting was that the times and dates would not be visible to public forum but to the escort /client and review mods . But it seems this point has being lost in a lot of the replies to this thread.
