Looking through this thread, I note a couple of interesting things.

Folk comment that exact dates are needed. There is agreement that exact dates help mods to weed out dodgy reviews and help escorts to know who had given them a review - especially important in the case of a negative. Nobody has come up with a reason why anyone other than the mods, the client or the escort really needs to know an exact date. It is reasonable to want to know which reviews are recent but a vague date, such as first week in October is surely good enough for that. The fans of exact dates also seem to have an inability to understand the fact that the current system encourages reviewers to submit wrong dates and claim that they are correct.

Folk have commented that, if a client is worried about the date issue, they should not be reviewing. Why? Is a review worth less to me as a client because the poster does not want the whole world to know that they only ever punt at two in the afternoon on a Sunday when there is no F1 race on the telly and the Dubs are not playing at home? Surely, it is in the interests of all clients that we get as many reviews as possible? Why put up another reason to stop a client from posting a review?

We talk a lot on this site about the importance of respect. How about respect for a client who is willing to write a useful review but who will not do so if the exact date of the meeting will be published. Speaking for myself, whatever reason a client may have for wanting to be discreet about an exact date is completely fine by me. I would like to read, and would value, his opinion.

So, I would like to ask something of anyone who disagrees with the OP.

Suppose that the review system was changed so that the exact date of the appointment was visible only to the client, the escort and the site admins while everyone else saw an approximate date. Would that make reviews less useful to clients? Would it lead to more fake reviews? Would it lead to fewer genuine reviews?

As for people who submit fake reviews, I don't think hiding the time and date would change the situation; fake reviewers could chose any time of the day for a review and hiding it would just make it harder to spot.

You have a valid point, however as I've said previously in this thread, the time and date being on view does help to wean out reviews in the sense that if a meet coincides with a fake submission, this helps us to identify a fake review. There are also incidents when an escort has not been working or was not at a particular location at a certain time or date when a reviewer says they were, and from this, we can often verify whether or not this is the case. With this information being public, these incidents would be easy to spot by other clients.

We do give clients 3 months to submit a review; if a review is submitted after this time, it is deleted, so to answer your question (in this situation), a more recent review would be valid, and it begs the question why somebody would leave it more than three months to submit a review anyway?
