There are situations where negotiating the price of any service, not just a visit to an escort, may be acceptable.
However, I would find haggling with an escort over price, especially the ladies with a well established reputation for quality, to be insulting. It is a very personal service, and one which, when carried out by a top class lady, is priceless.
If you want to haggle, maybe go to Benburb Street or other location where the 'streetwalkers' inhabit and get a quickie. Just don't be too fussy where the action takes place.
In all situations, it's a mutual decision. Every woman has the right to charge whatever they want, and every man has the right to decide how much he is prepared to pay. If you don't like the rates, try someone else.

Thinking about this one I believe that the escort has the right to charge whatever they like but it's the punters choice whether or not to visit any particular escort. If I go into a shop to buy a bar of chocolate I can select a good brand or a stores own brand which will be less expensive. We get what we pay for regardless where we go and I can't really see myself negotiating over a bar of chocolate. If the price is clearly stated that's what I pay. So I guess I would simply shop around. In regards to the decision making process of worth and value I believe the same applies here where the seller has the right to decide the worth and value. Then again we are all different and that's what makes life interesting.

The price is stated for a reason.
It is considered rude or insulting to even suggest a price reduction.
You should never ask such a question as in my view it would set a bad vibe for the appointment.
So who sets the prices. The escort of course and its her prerogative to decide what that is.
No one is forcing you to part with your cash so if you can't afford it then simply do not go.

Same with an 80 euro punt. You cannot pigeon hole this as each client requires different things from the appointment.
You cannot put a price on a good punt but you will count the cost of a bad one whether it is 80 , 150 or even 500.
So i will tell you again. You are being disrespectful to the lady by asking for a reduced price.

you want to spend some time with an escort, and the first thing you do is insult her by asking her to lower her prices.
if you are not happy with the rates a particular escort charges then choose someome else

Yep but what i dont get is when prices go up in a supermarket or insurance or whatever ppl just pay and say nothing or say "oh its gone up alot". Yet a personal service like escorting is almost insulting if these same ppl ask for a discount and dont get it. Almost like its a personal vendetta against the guy for not giving a discount.
