(typing the phrase into google) I have come up with the answer,,the surprising
thing is the similarities it has with a word I am prone to use myself,, I give

I have to sit on the fence on this one Poggo, as neither one appears to suit you, based on the definitions in the links provided.

Tool sounds harmless enough, but the definition does not seem accurate.

Fucktard is not even a nice word ffs.
