Post 500 - better make it a good one!

So here goes,

Instead of highlighting things that frustrate me on here or having a sarcastic little post on someone's thread (which is my wont) I've decided to make this landmark post a positive one.

With all the doom and gloom around, its too easy to buy into that culture and do the same.

So - deep breath and positive vibes at the ready! -

I just want to say that while I am not a particularly 'heavy' poster on here (500 posts since June 08 certainly isn't prolific!) I do in the main enjoy my visits to the forums.

I've tried other places such as Boards.ie that had no affiliation to something such as escorting, but I find the topics, posts and posters bland and boring in the main.

As an escort 'virgin' I think the fact that I keep coming back here pays tribute to the members who post on here.

There is always a sharp comment or clever observation being made and the fact that it is all anonymous could be its undoing as it could just become a vehicle for abuse - but it hasn't.

I've had my issues, but I have to admit that that is partly down to the mods and Pat's control of the site.
(though i think things could be relaxed slightly without detriment)
But it is again, in the majority, down to the people who post on here and keep it interesting.

If there was one single thing I would do to the site it would be to give the creator of any thread the editing powers of it.
So if it goes completely off topic or descends into a drama because of a misunderstanding / misinterpretation, that the creator can delete the posts they don't want on THEIR thread - or stop a specific member from adding more comments.

Beyond that (and the lack of link from member's list pages to profile ad pages for the escorts!) E-I is somwhere where the level of enjoyment gained greatly outweighs the negativity.

Here's to another 500.
And who knows, maybe even my first 'meeting' with one of the girls.
